Find nutrients that match your concern

Healing-Finder organises nutrients the way people actually search for them — by what they're dealing with, not by alphabetical order. Occasional tiredness, restless nights, eye strain from screen time, joint stiffness: start from the concern and work backwards to the nutrients most often discussed in relation to it.

Pick a body system below, then choose a concern to reveal the relevant nutrients. Every guide follows the same structure — what the compound is and how it works, what the research does and doesn't support, how to choose a product worth buying, realistic food sources, dosing ranges used in studies, and the combinations and medications that need caution.

This directory is edited, not exhaustive. We started from a much longer list of compounds and removed roughly one in five before publishing. Some were cut because the evidence behind them is thin or actively contested. Some overlap so heavily with a better-supported nutrient in the same category that listing both would only add noise. Others are rarely used as standalone supplements, or carry safety considerations that make self-directed use a poor idea. A shorter list you can trust is more useful than a complete one you have to sort through yourself.

A note on how to read these guides. We label weak evidence as weak. Where a nutrient is popular but poorly supported, the guide says so. The goal is to help you have a better conversation with your doctor or pharmacist — not to replace one. See our editorial policy for how each guide is written, sourced, and reviewed.

How to use this site

STEP 1

Start from a concern, not a product name

The directory is organised by body system — nervous, sensory, digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, musculoskeletal, reproductive and urinary. Choose the concern that matches what you're actually dealing with.

STEP 2

Read what the evidence supports — and what it doesn't

Every guide includes a plain table separating well-supported uses from claims that are preliminary or mostly marketing. Weak evidence is labelled as weak rather than left out.

STEP 3

Check interactions before you buy

Each guide lists combinations that make sense and combinations that need caution, including prescription medications. Bring this to your doctor or pharmacist rather than acting on it alone.
