About Healing-Finder

A wellness information hub operated by ELIMWorks

Healing-Finder exists for a narrow purpose: to help people make sense of the nutrient and supplement information they run into every day. Most of what circulates online sits at one of two extremes β€” marketing copy that promises everything, or dismissal that explains nothing. Neither helps someone standing in a pharmacy aisle trying to decide whether a bottle is worth buying.

What you'll find here

🌿 Nutrient-Finder. Nutrients organised by body system β€” nervous, sensory, digestive and metabolic, endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, musculoskeletal, reproductive and urinary. Pick the concern that matches your situation and you'll see the nutrients most commonly discussed in relation to it, each with a full guide.

Every guide follows the same structure so you can compare across them: what the compound is and how it works, what the research does and doesn't support, how to choose a product worth buying, realistic food sources, dosing ranges used in studies, safety considerations, and β€” the part most sites skip β€” the combinations and prescription medications that need caution.

πŸ’¬ Healing-Words. A daily collection of comforting quotes: public-domain proverbs and scripture, lines from writers whose work has passed out of copyright, and original words shared by readers.

How we approach evidence

We label weak evidence as weak. Where a nutrient is popular but poorly supported, the guide says so rather than quietly omitting the problem. Where the strongest data come from a pharmaceutical formulation given under medical supervision, we say that too, instead of letting it reflect glory onto an over-the-counter capsule.

Our editorial policy sets out how guides are drafted, sourced, reviewed, and corrected.
